			Our technique: Steel + Concrete + Liner
			A few years ago, builinding a swimming-pool meant you were about to face a very large amount of work and a lot of headaches. Fortunately construction techniques evolved over the last decade. That means nowadays your dream of owning a pool is closer, in a quick, unexpensive and less complicated way. We are facing a revolution in this industry. All over the world traditional pools are being replaced by the swimming-pool kit.

	A simple, strong and quick construction…
	The RP Industries construction technique combines the resistance of steel to the strenght of concrete and the flexibility of liner. Installing a RP Industries swimming-pool is a quick procedure (between 8 and 10 days) and involves the following steps:

1. Excavation work

Has high relevance for the whole construction and should be performed by specialized personnel only. In regular conditions it takes one day

2. Placing Panels

Steel panels are installed directly over the ground or over size-15 blocks. After being bolt they are levelled and plumbed.

3. Concrete work

At this stage the workers place a ground armour and execute a concrete ribbon. At the same time (or not) they work the bottom structure with 8/10cm thickness.

4. Placing the border

In order to place the pool border its built a concrete ribbon, that includes a ground armour and it’s placed over the blocks that support the border.

5. Placing the Liner

The swimming-pool is now ready to receive the liner. Designed by computer with no limitations, the liner adjusts perfectly to every pool model. Once the structure is totally clean, it’s time to place the liner and install other parts such as the skimmer, reflower and projector.

6. Connecting the Machinery

After placing the tubes, it’s time to connect all machinery. The connection of all equipment inside the engine-room is performed usually on the filling up day.

	7. And finally you have you swimming-pool ready to enjoy it.
